Simple Questionnaire

This activity includes offering survey / questionnaire collating responses to questions about the church.

You Will Require

  • Paper
  • Pens
  • Or access to an online survey tool such as Survey Monkey

What To Do

The presentation of the questions will depend on the age and ability of the children / young people. Some individuals may need help writing their responses,. Surveys can be done in groups, but results are better if they are done independently to allow for individual responses / perspectives. For some groups it may be better to have some set questions and that you are able to capture their responses on a recording device.

If you don’t want to use too many words you could write the questions with a simple scoring method to respond, alternatively have questions with a choice of tick boxes or response words that children / young people can circle. like ch

If you use an online questionnaire, you will find that it gives you basic ways of collating responses by putting them into categories, tables and charts.

These can be fed back to the PCC and other stakeholders.
